Im wondering if you can use webcert on the 1 dollar offers on freeipods.com and mp3players4free.com. anyone know?

Yeah you can. You have to pay $20 for a webcert though.

i don't know if trilegiant has changed their rules but i was able to sign up using a webcert. only two of the offers i did have actually charged me account but i have recieved credit for all the offers i did.
has anyone tried adding a webcert to their paypal account?

I tried using mine. Didn't work. For the GreatFun offer. Also, it doesn't have to be $20. I got one for $5.

Hm..Oh well. I just received a $10 American Express Pre-paid card in the mail. Will use it for offers. D I got it for free btw for doing a survey for them.

is there a link for surveys like that? i'm a whore for free stuff (of the non-gratis/oc kind). the great fun offer on offercentric offered a $20 gift card to circuit city. hopefully i actually get it along w/ the one from buyers advantage so i can buy an ipod dock.

GOOD IDEA! I'm gettinga $20 circuit city gift card from buyer's advantage and I just realized I can buy an iPod shuffle power adapter. Also, in my experience, I've only been able to use a webcert for Traveler's and Buyer's advantage.
