i just signed up for video professor. the sign up was successful however i never got a screen confirmation. i got an error like "xxx.html isn't available" or something like that. has anyone gotten this error before? i got the email from gratis saying that i had completed an offer and was able to submit for approval. i haven't received an email from video professor yet but i literally just signed up.

By the way, if you dont cancel they will charge you $70.00 for a complete set. Most people dont read the fine print.

do you know what the details of the offer are? i can't click on the link anymore since i have checkmarks through it on my complete offer page. i'm assuming the offer details should be the same as if you signed up through their actual website but sometimes it's different (like blockbuster)

They charge you the 6.95$ for shipping for that first CD. If you dont cancel in a certain period of time they charge you a boat load of money. Thats about all I know. My brother saved me a lot of trouble when he clicked that little "more info" link, thank goodness.

just login to one of your other gratis sites and click the video prof offer and read the details you keep two free for trial and need to send the other in or else you have to pay for it if you don't then they charge you again...so read i suggest you READ.

i DID read the offer details on their main site. i'm not into signing up for sketchy offers. the gratis sign-up page doesn't have its own offer details page so i assumed it was the same. the confusing part is that you are allowed to keep a maximum of two cds for free and if you keep more it registers you in their program. i assumed the order would be counted as one cd but i was mistaken, each lesson set package order contains three individual three cds.

i just called their customer service to ask them to resend a confirmation email and they were extremely helpful and not just in regards to resending the email. big thumbs up for their customer service.

i used a webcert, as i do for all my offers, so they wouldn't have been able to charge much to my account anyway.
