So i've been going back n' forth with Gratis for awhile. Basically what happened is one of my coworkers signed up under me, and he put down the office address as his shipping address, which is what I put, which got his referral denied and his account put on hold.
What's really funny, is that the Gratis customer service folks have started referring to him as just "Ron", and they've referenced HIS customer service inquiries too as to why his account is on hold. We've given them phone numbers, social security numbers, and any number of things proving our "uniqueness", and they act and talk to us properly like we ARE unique.
But who knows. I don't wanna go through the hassle to try to get ANOTHER fourth referal. But oh well. We'll see how they respond to my last request.
Do you think just constantly bugging them might get the issue resolved?
