Do I really need to wait the designated time before canceling an offer? If it says I must be a member for 30 days or whatever do I really have to stay a member for that length of time or can I cancel as soon as I credit?

You should always follow the rules that gratis institutes,they are for your benefit, and if not followed can risk the safety of your account, or compromise your offers you complete,entirely. !
