um after you enter your email and click next it should follow with some ads, after your turn them down it should point you to the section where you enter your address... and the rest follows you can float around in ur account

both emails? how did you do that? But neitherless i have observed hotmail having issues even recieving the verification email, yahoo has a few hours lag in recieving the verification email, gmail is virtually instant!

We had 1 guy in IRC chat come in under 3 or 4 different names and ask that exact same question over and over again.
#1) Run Ad Aware/Search & Destroy/Pest Patrol/MS AntiSpyware and every other program.
#2) Learn to use a computer.
#2a) If learning to use a computer is too difficult, just get a mac.

it would just be common sense to not download anything if anyone has read the faqs or the guide on the site. oh wait... a majority of people never read things like that....

OK....let me set the record straight here. yahikochan1, it is sending you to the smiley page because you are attempting to sign-up from a foreign IP. Judging from your profile, you're in Puerto Rico. Gratis does not accept registrations from US Territories, only the States. Sorry.

Yeah, I was gonna speak up about this. I'm in australia at the moment and had some troubles. If you look around, you can find a proxy in the US and it will work fine. If you can't find one, drop me a link and I will hook you up, but I can't spread it around as it's on my private shell box and the admins will get annoyed if I do something like that. )

To clarify, the ONLY time they check this IP is that initial startup moment. Everything after that works fine from anywhere. )

How can you be sure that this is the case?
Does anyone else know if this is totally true?

Well, it's the only time I was redirected, I should say. I'm a US citizen and all that, and have a US mailing address, just in Oz at the moment. I am able to log into my account, do offers, etc, etc, with no trouble once the account itself is made.
