Just find people who are interested in those offers and tell them they can do that offer and apply for a photo ipod.

I joined the mob and starting using the offers on the site whenever somebody told me to give a guy an offer they couldn't refuse.
I just asked everybody I knew to sign up under me. Eventually I got enough of them.
