Gratis puts ALL 3 of my accounts on hold.

Here's the story, I have 3 accounts currently with gratis. One at Freegamingsystems, freeshuffleipods, and freemacminis. My freegaming systems was 6/3 (all legit referrals) my freeshuffleipods was at 6/3 (all legit) and my freemacminis status was at 7/10 (all legit as well..) . So a few weeks ago I was approved to finally go to the "verification stage" of freegamingsystems.

They put me on hold because I "supposedly" registered another account name. It turns out that my friend actually clicked on one of my referral links, saw me as being the referrer, and made a gag account (mattsux@outphase.com) to send me. I tell gratis this and they thank me for my patience and put me off hold. Instead of putting through to order they put my status back to the "press this button to verify your account" status again. So I press that, several days later I get a ON HOLD status again. Immediately I send them a support ticket saying that I have been patient and been trying to be able to order this nintendo DS because all my referrals are legit and they've even said so and put me off hold earlier.

I guess they get pissed at this note and right away close my support ticket without ANY response at all and right after put ALL 3 OF MY ACCOUNTS AT GRATIS ON HOLD. Even my freeshuffleipod site, that I was -approved- and processing at was put on hold. I filled a support ticket and I am waiting for a response.

I don't get this. I am only trying to get what I deserve. I helped them now they help me, fair enough? I can't believe the whole thing and I am surprised gratis has acted in such a non-business like way.

Any help or suggestions? I am totally confused about this whole issue and have no idea why I am on hold. ?

lisighli Learn to negoiate online, when you dont have the upper hand you gotta play it cool, dont make it sound like they owe you something cuase they dont. Compromise and state your terms professionally, make a request. Main thing is what you wrote was harsh, but neitherless hope you can get off hold

your explanation doesnt sound bad at all, keep sending in those inqueries. i think they close the tickets so the case opens up to a different cs rep... maybe im wrong

Honest to god, I prefer the iRiver. Mp3 player AND video player, as well as voice recorder, text veiwer,and FM radio.

It has so many features and in a small footprint, me personallly I prefer the iRiver, but I still love the iPod.

I thought the iRiver would be a better choice. Isn't it a bit small to play video? I'm 4/5 and should go 5/5 tomorrow on mp3players, and I've got to make up my mind ). I've got a 3G 20GB iPod, and I'm waiting to get a PVP until the new Archos PMA AV500 comes out. Would this work as a PVP in the interim?

Sometimes it takes weeks at a time to get response for being put on hold, atleast from what Ive heard and seen. Just keep putting in the customer help requests or whatever, and im sure youll get helped eventually.

Not really. I read throu the T&C over and over and I didn't walk anyone throu anything. My AIM buddy list is FULL of people and I just left an away message up for a few weeks or so and I'd slowly get people to sign up.

Is there anything wrong with that?

So do you guys not have any contact with Gratis and not want me to know or do you geniounly have no contact?

I ran through that gammut already for over a month now and I keep getting the same run around from their support system. I just want a direct answer from someone. Even if I stay on hold, I just want a human to eMail me or something.

yeah...sometimes it just takes a long time. Buts better than not submitting any support tickets and just waiting for nothing.
