I was put on hold today after requesting approval over 2 weeks ago (Jan 17th). One of my referrals was deemed invalid. I checked the Terms, and it only states that 2 accounts cannot come from the same household.
Therefore, based on this, I referred my dad. I do not live at home, in fact, I do not even live in the same state. (Him in CA, me in MA). He completed an offer, and his referral was deemed to be fraudulent. Please help me here! What can I do?

yup put in a ticket in the contact us section of whichever site you are at. and hopefully it will get resolved soon!
