All of the offers on this site require a CC and my friends wont do it because of this. I was thinking about getting a web certificates for them to use because they will do it if you dont need a CC. What is the cheapest webcertificate/other CC service thing, that i can get and can i load it with $5 or less? Thanx!

try visa buxx cards or something of the sort.
when i worked at dell we would get those things for spiffs alll the time.

where do you get those? Can i just like walk into a bank and say i want so many cc's with this many $ on them? If someone could pm with info about these webcertificate/cc things that would be great thanx D

if there is a us bank near you just go to a teller, and say i need this many visa buxx cards, and load them with this amount!
