Same for me today. (Although I had more than 10) )

I think you should've gone with the Cyberpower, though.

What a coincidence!
I just got approved today, too, chose the Dimension 4700. It only took them a few hours to approve my account, though, I did have to wait 2 weeks because MyInks didn't give me credit right away.
Let's hope for a speedy STV date!

4700 does not come with a monitor either. Perhaps they are more comfortable working with a Pentium. However, unless you are going to be gaming based on component specifications alone the Dell 4700 is a better choice.

I don't use the computer for gaming all that much, at least not high end games like Doom or anything. I can still get a decent video card for $100 and it's probably (by my standards) good enough for most games I would run on it. I think the only game I really want anyway is Medal of Honor, Paciic Assault. I'm getting too old for games anyway. I use this computer mostly for homework, webstuff and burning DVD's really.
I'm not all that familiar with the Athlon family, either. I'm sure there's nothing wrong with it, but I gage the speed of the computer based on which Pentium processor it carries. So, an Athlon 2500+ doesn't mean a whole lot to me. The 4700 has a bit more RAM, too.
The computer I have right now is a P3 733, so getting a P4 2.8 is a real step up. I'm pretty happy with getting this computer. I can load it up with my dvd burner and I'll be so happy!
Why does that Cyber Turbo computer look like something out of Star Trek, too? I'm not big into computers that are modded out and stuff. I know that shouldn't influence my decision, but it tells you what the computer is supposed to be used for.

i got dell because i think it has a higher sellability

im planning to sell it as soon as i get it

mainly because everyones heard of dell and not that many people ( who are looking for a normal/low end computer) have heard of cyberpower
