Im assuming your xboxes havent been shipped due to backordering on the vender, probably still from holiday season. Guess this wasn't the case with the PS2's and such. But I think the DS's are in a similar situation if im not mistaken.

lol relax guys, theyre not putting new technology in it to protect from modchips. That would basically be a new xbox version and so far there is only versions 1.0-1.6, and all versions are supported by some modchip or another. And I doubt theyre making a 1.7, because 1.6 is a pretty recent edition, atleast in the broad scheme of things. Or they could be putting in a new video encoder in it, which would be a bummer, cuz it might take a short while for modders to crack it P

I just wish we had some kindof idea on a general ship date. As in, how many people are "processing" == the # of x-boxes gratis needs to fill their current orders and IF they'll be able to get them, and if possible, WHEN they might be able to expect said x-boxes from microsoft.

Is it possible to switch your order to the ps2 slim? I'd consider doing that and then just trading it for an x-box at Game Exchange or something.

I think if you're Order is STV, then you can't change. If its still processing, then you might be able to cancel it and then place a new order for the PS2.

I just want it already cause I have a set of Led's for the controller ports, new led's for the power light, hdd activity light, led ring for the xbox logo, upgraded ide cable, heatsink for the graphic proc., Artic Silver for the graphics proc and cpu, 80mm led fan and much more in store for it...all sitting in a box in my room roll
