I've done absolutely nothing wrong! All I did was sign up, complete an offer and get 5 of my friends to complete an offer. Nothing shady, and Gratis puts my account on hold for fraud!

Any Gratis reps care to help?

Do I have any means of defense for myself since I believe I've been wrongly accused?

Customer service has nothing to do with it. He violated the TOS in some way, they put his account on hold. Deal with it.

No he doesn't have that right. Gratis is under no obligation to explain to him why he is on hold...it says so in the TOS. I don't know why so many people have this issue. There are hundreds of people that go through the process without getting put on hold. Gratis obviously has no desire to discuss it further, so go whine somewhere else. imonhold.com is a good place to start. roll
