How easy is it to get off of hold?

For some reason unknown to me, my ipodshuffle account has been placed on hold. It says one of my referrals was non-unique, but I had no knowledge of it if he is. Anybody with past experience with this want to help me out?

Yeah, unfortunately this referral is from a you-know-what line, and I do not know him. I have PMmed him about it, posted on the you-know-what line webpage, and hope he gets back to me soon with what exactly is going on. I don't care if they keep him greyed-out, but I just want to be able to get a 3rd referral again.

Actually, I was put on hold after trading referrals with someone, and they went gray. I wrote to Gratis and just said that it was an anonymous referral, someone I didn't know and who I couldn't vouch for. I think I literally hung my head and said, "I shouldn't have submitted for approval without being able to confirm that this person was legitimate" and asked if it was possible to be taken off hold to look for another referral. After a couple of days they reviewed my account.

I didn't know you that you get put on hold for having a referral going gray. That sucks. I know like 2 of my greens for free ipods.

I talked to engrdawg earlier and they removed the hold of his account and kept the other referral gray. now he just needs to get another green and he should be ok.

When i first submitted for approval, one guy had signed up twice on two different accounts and I was never placed on hold, his referrals were just grayed, and I was able to get two more referrals and submit again without being placed on hold.

Gratis loves me, i never get put on hold.
