Last referral taking longer to get credit?

I have 7 greens for freeflatscreens and 2 greens for freeipodshuffle. I have had my final people sign up and complete their offer for each site. One did efax and the other did buyers advantage. Neither of them are showing credit, even after a week! I saw the one kid sign up for his offer through IE so I know the browser is not the problem. Does gratis slow down the credit for the last referral? I know it sounds absurd, but why would both of my two final referrals not show up. Is anyone else having problems similar or has had problems getting credit from these companies recently on their ipod account?

yea same here, my last two offers signed up for the blockbuster offer about 5 hours ago and credit has not showed, though 5 hours isnt that long at all, the other 1 or 2 that signed up got credit instantly so we'll see how long these last 2 takes for my free ipod.

For my 5th referral, one of my friends signed up for the credit card offers. He was approved by the CC company, got his card, activated and used it but still didn't get credit for the referral. After 5 weeks of waiting, he just completed another offer and got instant credit for that one. roll

Heh, he had to activate by making a purchase or balance transfer, not just activating it over the phone.

He shoulda done the Discover one. I get credit for my friend's offer before he even got the card!!

That really sucks man, sorry to hear that. The CC offers are a pain, only to result in a no-credit situation. That would drive me up the wall.

I have done a few "instant" offers, but none actually went right thru, one took like 3 days, but does not show up as completed on the person I did it for.....any reason why? any suggest any offers?

3 days is great. I would take that any day. Better than waiting 3 weeks for BB D

No, he lididli activate it by making a purchase and it still wouldn't complete his referral. I think it was the Discover card offer too. When he emailed Gratis about it, they told him to send them a copy of the conformation email but he never got one. He asked the CC company to re-send it but they wouldn't even do that.

Oh well, at least I got #5 out of the way and all my referrals are finally approved.

I dont think my 5th will take longer. In fact i should get my 4th and 5th around the same time

Someone did a CC for me, it's been a week, and I still haven't gotten credit on ds4free!

My friend who did a supposedly instant offer finally showed credit after about 5 days but the my other friend who did efax is still yellow after about 7 days!

I am 4/5 on the ipod. My sis finished my final referral, but it has taken over 5 days and still no credit.

Am I basically still a month out from receiving my ipod?

Yeah, basically. My brother did my 5th referral for me. GM card offer. Took 3 1/2 weeks before it was completed. When I submitted for approval, his referral was rejected. They wouldn't say why but I think it had something to do with our email address....they both had our last names in them and I think Gratis suspected I was using multiple accounts.

Since then, I don't ask family members for referrals anymore.

I hope that isn't the case with me. I used 3 siblings and two of them have the same last name. We all live in different towns in 2 different states. I hope that doesn't screw me up...

i hate that last referral. I heard that if ur family members with the same last name do it, then they dont give the ipod to you. I have a brother that will sign up and he lives in his own house. if i had him do it, would it count?

If you have an email that has the same name or initials, you will get flagged. If more than one person signed up from the same ip, you will get flagged. If more than one person enters the same shipping address, you will get flagged. If you have more than one account, you will get flagged.

The list goes on....

I don't know about that. I explained my situation to Gratis about my brothers referral and they took my account off hold. I got my 5 referral from someone else and now all my referrals have been approved and my order is now processing.

The point is that they WILL put you on hold...it will be up to you to explain it sufficiently enough that they take you off hold.

Yes, definitely. You liwillli be put on hold. When you write to Gratis asking to be taken off hold though, just make sure you explain your situation clearly and politely and you should be taken off.
