I've been reading about lots of hp iPods going out the door lately, but nothing about Apple iPods.
What about us Mac holdouts? Is there any chance? Are they shipping? Anyone get a 20GB iPod, or a Mini recently?

HEres what you do... Get the Hpod take it to a store that sells both, like Compusa... Tell them you want an apple cuz you have a mac and your grandparents got it for you for your b-day... Just make some bullshit up, it doesnt matter to them, they can resell it either way...

Nope, said I got it as a gift from my grandparents, and I have a Mac.
Said it was against company policy to take back anything not bought from a compUSA store. All 3 gave me the exact same line.

They need verification (reciept).
It's against company policy for them to do so without, because it could be stolen, and your trading it to get one with a SN that isn't reported stolen.
