question is, with all these people getting pods and still on StV, whats stopping you from getting a 2nd one by claiming u havent gotten it yet???

My status says that I did not ship, and I got mine on the 17th. It was an hPod, so there is a possability that I could get a regular iPod when my IP3 date of 8/24 ships for regular iPods.
