I have acouple questions about completing an offer. First of all, are you allowed to let one of your referrals use your CC to sign up for an offer. I figure this is illegal but maybe its not, they are unique members but i would be paying for their offer completion. Is this illegal or not?
also , when you say household you mean the people that live in your address right? Am i allowed to have my mother and father both sign up if they are divorced and live separately.

no you can't use your CC for other peoples offers and as long as your mom and dad have different addresses and CC then you and each other then it would work.......
