I've had somebody sign up under me for a master-card deal but they have not received credit for it... any insight anybody?

I had a guy sign up under me for Discover Titanium. I got the credit in about 10 days. It's weird cuz it says you need to activate the card before you get credit, but I got credit before he even got the card in the mail.
I think the terms are you have to be approved for the offer and activate the card... that could take a while... so I'd wait it out.

Did they get denied?
I don't think you get credit if they get denied.... but maybe you should have your referral contact the site to see if they can get credit.
