i just looked at my status page and one of the greens is now grey and it says "Referral not approved" - but i have not even submitted for approval yet, i only have 4 referrals other than that one. is this common? what could this referral have done to get rejected this quick ?
he could have requested approval, and himself was rejected.. so then that gave u a grey
