Just wanted to say thanks to Peter Martin (Pres. of Gratis) for the personal attention he gave my account. I was put on hold on my iPod shuffle account for no apparent reason. A few days later he personally responded to my problem which I had posted about on imonhold.com He personally took my account off hold and approved for me to order my shuffle. WOOT!
So for the record....they are not bad guys at Gratis...they're just watching tjheir own asses. )
