Anyone know any possible reasons for Gratis doing this before processing? Also what would be the fastest way of getting it resolved? How long does gratis take to answer their service requests?

Sending gratis an email is how you solve this, they always responded to me within one business day. They can put you on hold at any time the please,

I was put on hold a day after I completed my referrals (4 greens and 12 yellows) and requested approval. The reason on the site is that it appears that my references are not unique (which is BS) so Is ent an email via the FAQ and am waiting for a response. I emailed them back on friday. I hope to hear soon. If they don't rectify the problem, I'm giving up on Gratis and all tehir offers and sticking to OC and Prize Cube.

Apparently Gratis is becoming more strict. When I did my other 3 offers I never ran into a problem. Now I see websites like this popping up http//imonhold.com and complaints all over the place. They need to loosen up a bit.

Well, I got word back from gratis amazingly quickly. They said I violated several of their terms and conditions and that the case was closed. I wrote them back and told them I was not aware that I violated any of them and asked them to elaborate. I don't know what the hell they're talking about. I'm not even finished getting referrals yet. I never submitted it for processing.
