On Hold but haven't finished my referrals yet

I just got put on hold but I've only got 5 referrals and haven't sent in for processing yet. Why would gratis do something like that? I've made sure to stick to their proper use policies? Could it be a system glitch? And how long does it take them to review the customer service request I sent them?

I don't feel bad, I'm kind of pissed if anything because there were at least 2 or 3 referrals that I got last night that were going to go through today if I wasn't on hold. The main thing that pisses me off is they don't tell you why until you contact them which could take days. In that time any referral that signs up will be lost basically. That stinks.

you probably signed up under somebody and they requested approval once they did that and they where trying to approve there account they placed both of you on hold. for what reason i dont know but that would be my guess

I just noticed that one of my referrals signed up twice in rapid succession. I don't know if this was on purpose or accident. I thought that only showed up when you sent off for processing though. Maybe that dude sent of for processing. In any case, I hope they get to me quickly. I want to finish this thing up quickly. I've already sent a message off to the better business bureau to see if that speeds their response any. I know gratis can take weeks to get back on customer service issues and even then you end up getting like an automated letter or some shit.

they are pretty quick actually when i had problems they responded within one business day. I would give it a few days before you start getting really mad. Hopefully they will take care of you.

yeah like i said in my other post... i had 10 this morning and my friend was said to be not unique...i called him and he was like huh? i was put on hold but his account was fine....but then today i got 2 more greens so hopefully now that i have 11 goods and 1 considered to be a fakey... they will fix it =)

yeah whenever I have sent in a customer service request like for not receiving credit, I usually get helped within a day, 2 tops.

theyve placed me on hold as well and i havnt even been active i have 2 yellows and have done nothing wrong
