For example you have a referral but that person already has an account. Does he have to make a new account? Thanks.

You cannot have someone that has a freeipod account create another to do an offer for you. Like freeoffersnow said "One account per household"

Would if he never did an offer and got no one to sign up under him and just left the account and forgot about it forever? I've seen someone do that and it worked.

What if my last (fingers crossed) referral did one offer, and has been waiting a week to get credit, can I ask her to do another offer, but an instant one, on the same account with the same address and CC and everything? So she'll do two, I'll just get credit for her faster?
Thanks!

I have a question about IPs. Say if I signed up for FreeIPod Shuffle at my house. Then I were to check that account frequently during the day from different computers, would this raise any flags, get me on hold etc.?
