Contacting Gratis before being put on hold

I didn't know about the shipping address condition until it was too late. I am not on hold but I am afraid of being put on hold. I was not trying to scam them. My wife was interested in getting her own IPOD so she signed up under me. If I contact gratis before they see we have the same shipping address, will they not put me on hold.

Its kind of shlility that they don't have the terms and condition pop up as soon as you sign up. They are located at the bottom of the page in a very small link.

no, I think you should wait for them to put your account on hold and then email them telling them your situation. I made another acct on freeipods.com and signed under the other and everything went fine without hold.
