One of my referrals did 2 offers and never got credit for either one, and contacted gratis about it over a week ago, but still hasn't heard back from them. I told him to email them again, but how long does it normally take to get a response from them?

usually you have to respod to that first basic tos thing that they give you then they will answer pretty quick, at least that is my experience. But yes it is the weekend too.

are you sure for a fact that gratis is off? usually, MLK day is a work day, only school children get off.

I don't know. My mom has it off and plenty others have it off as well. It depends if you workplace appreciates the kind and the brave.
