Does the info you enter at freeipod or mp3players4free have to match the info of ur credit card? Also, what info about ur referrals shows up under "status"? Is it simply his/her e-mail and completed offer, or does it show more than that?

No it doesn't have to match, but is recommended if they have to give you manual credit for an offer. When I signed up for freeipods.com I put my apartment address, but my credit card info is at my parents. When I received all my referrals I decided to have my iPOD just shipped to my parents instead of my apartment since they are home more than I am. The only info that shows up on the status page is your referrals E-mail address and if they have completed an offer or not.
