I have been STV since 9/27 and am wondering if anyone can explain to me how people who have gone STV after me have already receieved their item?

The whole "STV" thing for freepay doesn't mean much. It's just a way for them to tell you that they're still planning on sending you something EVENTUALLY. I asked them what was wrong with their vendor because vendors don't usually take months to send something out and they responded that they ship orders regularly and they are currently months behind. They do this to remain profitable... yadda yadda yadda...
