NExiderm Question !!!!!!

Hey Has anyone been charged 89 dollars from nexiderm? i cancelled it the same day and i sent back there trial packet and i jus checked my online banking and im -89.00 from nexiderm and im pissed

How did you send it back? Did you send it back w/ signed delivery confirmation?

I was charged the $89.95 as well, you don't have to send back the product...just cancel. I'm waiting for a chargeback right now, if not...I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. I suggest you do the same.

If they've really done that, call customer service and threaten them with a charge-back (assuming you used a CC and not a debit card).

CC companies can forcefully take back money if they charged you for a product not received. Usually companies will refund you the money instead of doing this, because if they get too many charge-backs, the CC companies will drop them and they won't be able to get payment anymore.

Just another reason I use my Discover with single use card numbers for all deals like this. That way I'm protected against fraud.

There are quite a few people that have been charged. When you return the item it says you have to use delivery confirmation. That is what I did.

and you never got charged? and by delivery confirmation you mean get it post dated or what?

I had purchased signed delivery confirmation, and got a tracking number w/ that. I haven't been charged, and I had to have it postmarked by the 7th of Jan. Also make sure it's clearly postmarked so they can see it was shipped back on or before the end of your 10 day trial.

Wait, isn;t it a 14-day trial?
I heard the trial period starts the day you sign up. So even if you receive the thing a week later, you have to cancel and return it asap.
Does anyone know how soon you can cancel after placing the offer?
No wonder they give instant credit for this offer... The intent is to take your $90.00

it should ship out the next business day, and yes it says 14days on the nexiderm site but 10days on the gratis site

i called and waited on hold for 35min got through and they refunded my money so everything is ok i have a friend who tried the same they said his refund wouldnt be granted because he was 2 days late sending the box back u have 30days

I know I have this option, but I figured I'd email them and see if they'd refund the money...SouthWindsCoffee did...no questions asked ($36.90). I wasn't aware you had to return the product for the Nexiderm offer...I'll call and see whats going on. Disputing the charge with the credit card company is kind of a last resort, and my Citi has single use card numbers too, just started using them recently though.

i got messed up because i recieved mine durring the holidays and was 2days late they sed they would refund to the credit card but i was past due trail so im without product and out 100bucks($10 S/H+$90)
