If you ordered a Samsung (I don't know if it works for others) you can go to www.techonweb.com[]www.techonweb.com and use the forgot password option along with the email you signed up for ffs with and see your invoice, then wonder why the billing addy is you! yay!

Thats cool... Doesnt work for the Sony's which kinda sucks, but I dont care that much I know the sony's ship fast... Took my friend 10 days from signup to delivered... So I expect mine in 15 days at the most...

Well I am one of the people that went to STV on the 9/27th for the 17" Samsung. Techonweb has me in the system now, but the invoice link does not work yet. So getting closer! Hope it ships in the next few days.

hey mine works too...however there is a small problem...when i go to check my status/invoice, both the "bill to" and "send to" addresses are the same...these punks better not charge me!...shouldn't Gratis's address be filled in the "bill to" field??

Works for me - I just checked my invoice on techonweb.com for the 17" samsung LCD.

But - they ordered the 710N-2 monitor, not the 710N! I have no idea what the difference between the two is, except that techonweb.com has 710N units in stock but not the 710N-2 that FFS ordered! <grumbles>

do u think i could call un techonweb.com, and inquire about my account?

When u click forgot passowrd, does a little window come up, then u put in your email, then they send it to you...well if so its not working..

Gratis seems to have ordered the Samsung 710N-2 Black monitor on techonweb.com - I checked the invoice using "Forgot Password".

But Techonweb.com seems to not have any in stock. So I called them and they told me that they won't be getting any in stock until October 15. Ouch.... Guess we'll be waiting awhile to get our 17" monitors for those who went STV 9/27.

What's annoying is they seem to have the 710N-2 Ivory monitor in stock as well as the original 710N Black monitor.... (wonders if there is any way to switch to ivory to get it to ship faster, considering that it is cheaper than the black monitor...?)

I wonder why Gratis didn't just order the ivory cuz then we'd all be shipped today.
