i went shipped on 9/14 and ever since then ive gotten the status billing information recieved. ive tried to get in conatct with fip but no response. what should i do. also ups said its being shipped from pcmall which has alot of hp ipods so i dunno what to do. bos can you please help me.

If it doesn't change, contact PCMall.
well they tell me to contact gratis and theres no way i can get in touch with them to even do a trace on the package. and they are pushy on pcmall.

Yeah, this really sounds like a problem with the company that shipped it. Usually that "status billing information recieved" thing means that the vendor has entered the package info for your package, made a sticker, etc, but the package isn't in UPS's hands yet. You really do need to talk to PCMall again, and maybe you can talk to Gratis (it may be that Gratis has to contact PCMall since they are the ones who are doing the purchase).

btw PCMall and eCost is the same company. They merged about a year ago IIRC.
