I have a friend that signed up for the Citibank Mastercard offer 3+ weeks ago and his referral listillli hasn't been completed yet. He was approved for the card, received it, activated & used it and we're still waiting for the offer to be completed. How long does it usually take for this offer to be completed? Does the card usually have to be activated and used before the offer can be completed?

If its been longer then 15 business days get your friend to request manual credit from gratis. Look in the FAQ section on the website for more assistance
