We expect to get all orders out as soon as possible. The availability of the PS3 is said to be limited upon its release and we will evaluate the situation closely as its release approaches.

Thanks so much! Since FreePay is under new management do you think that people who completed PS3 some time ago (April for me) will get their order in a timely manner? I had to wait an entire year almost for my XBOX 360 and I found one in the store and bought it months before I received my earned one from FreePay.

Rule of thumb...if people cannot buy it in stores take on another year for expected ship date.

yep. I saw http//homepage.mac.com/macaholicg5/PhotoAlbum12.html[]http//homepage.mac.com/macaholicg5/PhotoAlbum12.html on digg and it got me all excited.

I was pricing out what I wanted to do to my mac mini on newegg and it was $650 for the CPU, HD, and Ram (more than the darn thing is worth!) eek! Not sure if I'll do it. I'm planning on tripple booting windows/gentoo/os x on it too.

My estimated ship date for my two nanos is Oct 6th.

I requested the new nanos in my last customer service response last week and got my updated shipping today.

Now I wonder if I can request what colors I want or just hope they send the new models and trade (if needed) at the Apple Store for the color I want.

Great news, though. Only 3 months in processing... roll

Thank you for contacting FreePay Customer Service. Our Fulfillment Department has received your order. Once an order has been placed, it is added to a queue on a first come first served basis. We currently do not carry excess inventory in our fulfillment center therefore your product is not ordered from the manufacturer until it has been placed. Furthermore, orders are bundled together and ordered in bulk typically on a monthly basis. Therefore we are unable to provide a specific timeframe. Currently, we are experiencing delays of up to 90 days. We realize that this is beyond your normal expectation. These steps are necessary in order for us to continue to provide free products to our customers. We recognize this may further delay receipt of your product but want to assure you of our commitment to honor all legitimate orders. We apologize that further inquiries into this matter can not be processed; as there is no additional information available until your order status has changed from “pending”, “processing”, or “in progress” to “shipped”. Please note that our Fulfillment Department is currently processing all placed orders dating back to May 2006. We appreciate your continued patience. Sincerely, The FreePay Customer Service Team
