Wow, that is cool. Mine already shipped the other day so I probably will be getting one of the last gen. 30gb ipods. Hopefully my premium ipod will be the new 80gb, that would be sweet.

is this the comback of freepay?...maybe they will go back to online approvals rather than the timely snail mail approval forms...if they ever go back to online approvals i'm sure i'd try at a freepay site again

They've been under new management for awhile now. In the process they laid off a large percentage of their staff a couple months ago.

While true, the imformation posted in another thread[=http//forum.freeipodguide.com/viewtopic.php?t=45807]another thread
, from Freepay's blog, seems to indicate that there's been a further change in regards to fulfillment too. This seems to coincide with the most recent status changes in people's accounts.
David, is it too late for you to get your extension? It might be worth a try, if this is truly a sign of improvement over there.
I got the same email and my status changed to "Sent to Vendor, Waiting on Product". I really hope they're serious about sending them out in a timely manner.

I don't know if it's too late, but I find it funny I'm still getting yellows and greens on Laptops, almost a month after my expiration. I just got a green yesterday. I'm up to 102 yellows and 8 greens. Still a long way from 20 greens, but if it keeps climbing and I get closer, maybe I'll request an extension. It's not like they can say the account has been dormant, because people are steadily signing up with my reflink every few days, so I'm still bringing them customers. lol
I guess we'll see by the end of the week if this is for real.

If they retracted the 30-day policy I think I would start doing their sites again.

Is it me or is Freepay just being nice here?
I got my 10 refs on their Ipod Nanos site. Sent the approval form... etc. and then they disqualified 3 of my refs. After asking for an extension, they forwarded my account to the approval department for review. Next day, I can place my order?!? Those same 3 refs are still red, too!
