There have been some recent changes in management at FreePay and with those changes we have revamped our fulfillment process. This has allowed us to increase the frequency of order fulfillment.

- For now, iPod Shuffle orders will be fulfilled with the old model. This is due to the fact that the new iPod shuffle will not be available until October.

I've been processing on the Shuffle since 5/26/2006 22500 PM. I think the resale value of the old shuffle will be very low after the new release.

Should I cancel my order?

Yey! Now I don't have to go exchange it somewhere and hope they don't notice it's an old one. I still want to go trade it for an 80gb.

Thats great and all... But like stackmj, I've been in Processing forever... Processing as of 05/16/06 and I "was" Sent to Vendor back in March of 2006... I've filed 2 support tickets... I'm going to file one more. ?

I did contact support. So it may be just a timing issue or it may be related. Personally, I think a good part of it is related to me contacting support.

Too curious to let sleeping dogs lie, I contacted Support now that my iPod has gone to STV to see if I could get any information about these supposed free upgrades to those of us who have waited for so long.
