Help with I-9 address

So, I sent in my I-9 after getting approved for a laptop, and it was returned as "forwarding address expired"

Does anyone have a copy of the correct address?

Has this happened to anyone else?

You can scan it, and email it to them as well.

Which email address should I send it to? (As in just scan the signed form and email it as an attachment, right?)

(I am away from home at the moment and can't access my laptops page)
