If I went to eight different computers, could I complete all of the offers myself? Or do they have to be referrals? Thanks! Please PM me with the answer.

i pissed myself when I read that.

no. they must be referrals, and must have credit cards of their own.

LMAO, Of course they need to be referrals. If you try to cheat the system they will catch you, there are a few bright minds out there that could probably pull it off but by reading your message I doubt it's you lol

Your IP address has been flagged, and will be sent along to Gratis to watch out for future fraud. You picked the wrong place to talk about cheating the system.

errrr, i never said i did it, i was asking if it was even possible. If they want they can check my account to see that all cardholders referred by me aren't even related to me. But you can play hero if you want, im just as legit as anyone here. Besides i hear of people refering their aunts and uncles, and thats not cheating the system? oh BTW my mom doesnt live with me so it wouldn't even be from the same houshold. If u really did pass my ip on to gratis then i think u should have listened to my whole story first

lol i could probably pull that off since i have access to 6-7 credit cards and few computers/households, lol and no not under the same house cuase the ip's are retivlilty similar, but yea i dont do it though

xhris

05-01-2005 19:27:08

yeah i wouldn't do it either (even though its perfectly legal since my mother is not me)

but it seems some people go psycho for just talking about it.

I could easily pull it off too haha, but I wouldn't wink I could explain how to do the whole process but I wouldn't want to give people any ideas.

lol yeah but seriously think about it. If i were to refer my brother, my mom and my dad, what would make that wrong? It's the same as refering 3 people just those people happen to be my family?

It would be fine if all of them signed up by themselves on different computers in different households and completed the offers themselves but you can't "walk" them through the process, they have to do it on there own.

i mean, when you think about it, there's no real way to "prove" that you have walked people through the process. but at the same time, be prepared for the chance that you may be put on hold for having multiple family members complete offers. i had my brother alone do an offer and i was placed on hold. similar names set off red flags, especially more than 1. and i mean, I'm sure some people have cheated the system, but its unlikely that you will succeed. you got friends right? bother them with it.

I'm sure you wouldn't do it either 8) ...and whatever happened to "unique" referrals? Surely family members don't qualify for that, right?
Besides CG is just doing his "job" , don't get all pissed at him, I'm sure if you were reaping the benefits of something good you wouldn't allow someone who could potentially take that away from you to succeed.
But besides that, why would you bother trying to scam the system and risk being put on hold when all these people have gotten so much by working legit within it?

Just seems pointless to me.

Gratis doesn't play games.

They don't want to be beaten, that is why they are very cautious. It's just natural.

So if you complete more than one offer with the same credit card, how will Gratis know? Do the offer companies share billing information with Gratis? Isn't that illegal?

spectrum5ten

09-01-2005 17:54:34

its wrong to do the wrong thing.

Yes, but what if you use the same credit card for different companies? And what if you have several credit cards that all have the same billing address?

PodTopia

09-01-2005 20:04:47

IT WAS A HYPOTHETICAL. I wasn't planning to do it. What does flagging me at Gratis do?????

CollidgeGraduit

10-01-2005 04:34:00

They'll check to see if you HAVE done it.. and if not, your account will be watched under heavier scrutiny than the average account.

shock ...basterds,basterds

...oh well...that sucks for my friends who helped me with my referals...good thing i don't have a cc of my own yet ...but still, unless they began sharing the "Detailed info" who really cares... lol lol lol lol twisted

FreeOffersNow

These companies all use cookies to determine who is completing offers. Billing information is never shared with Gratis, OfferCentric...or anyone. The only way Gratis knows if they are going to credit you is if the sponsor is going to pay them for your participation in their offer. However, just because someone goes green now does not mean they will not be disqualified during review.

tunaperez

10-01-2005 13:58:09

So have you used the same cc/ billing address to complete offer? What do you mean by "going green?"

FreeOffersNow

10-01-2005 14:09:11

If you are trying to let friends use your billing information to complete offers for you, I wouldn't advise it. Find referrals who have their own, or authorized use of a, credit card.

CG, I realize you were just trying to do your job. Thanks.

phorty

10-01-2005 22:13:50

"Going Green" is a reference to the stage of an offer completion...its the system used by gratis, it signifies a fully completed offer.

...just to clear things up D

If some of you people would put half the effort into doing the program the right way as you do tring to scam the system you would be done already.... you have the thinking backwards.... The fastest way between two points is a straight line..
