I emailed them about it, they claimed they sent something to me in the mail, I never recieved the update they "sent" to me so I asked them to send out another copy and once again I have still not recieved it.
they do send u something in the mail. i got one when i filed a few years back.

I filed a complaint on 8/19 nothing so far.. how long did it take for them to reply to you?

I filed a few weeks ago and got the letter in the mail saturday. It said to respond within 15 days explaining that the matter was not fixed or the case would be closed. Needless to say I'm watching the calander and my front stoop carefully for the next two weeks.

I saw the email before the image was taken down, so I figured I would email the guy and see what kind of response I would get. Well, today I look into my email and I thought I had a nice personal reply stating my order would be forwarded to the fulfillment department and it would be placed on expediate. A few hours later, I looked on my freepay account to see if there was any update, I noticed I had a new message from support. I totally forgot that I messaged them on Friday, so I was a little surprised to see a message. I then looked at the message and it turns out, it said EXACTLY what the email from that guy said.

i got my BBB reply in the mail last week, they said 15 business days from the date of the freepay letter, putting me at sep 1st. to ship "no later then " that date, so i guess i have to wait until then, i have an ipod and psp in STV, but who knows really when they will be shipped.

I'm getting really tired of freepay and want to file a BBB report. I've never done it before, so I just go to there Web site and fill out a form or what?

Still does says "Sent to Vendor, Waiting on Product" looks like I have to call the BBB back...I was hoping this wasn't just a stall tactic! We will see tomorrow...

well i got a letter back from the bbb, and the freepay letter was dated august 11, 2006. they also said 15 DAYS, which means that it technically would have been shipped around august 28, since august 26 was on the weekend. that was a few days ago, so we'll see if i get my laptop (FINALLY) tomorrow.

Mine also says 15 business days. Sept 1st is the 15th business day for me. I'm waiting on product as well so I guess the BBB will be getting a few more letters of unsatisfied customers.

complained 8/19 yet nothing not even a letter or confirmation of the complaint. wtf i hate freepay!

i complained to them way before that, and only got my letter about a week ago. just give it some time.

I actually got a letter. It stated That my product would be shipped "no later" than the 1st. 1 week later...nothing.

yeah, i've also got nothing yet. My BBB rep told me yesterday that he emailed freepay again, and should recieve a response within 10 days. whoopdedoo!
