Has anyone else seen this yet?

I think it's a new point-based beta program from Freepay....Maybe it's what they've been working on this whole time and why they haven't been focusing on the original sites...

ajrock2000

10-08-2006 10:02:28

It is a freepay DIY system they just put together.

For a $599 receiver it was 1-2-2, 5 offers total.

Doomish offers for the last page though...

I would probably go for this if I didn't know I would be waiting 6 months to get my gift. (

i wonder if anything from shop.freepay will ship faster than the rest of the freepay sites.
either way, it is probably a good idea for freepay to create this site, being that any new site allows more people to sign up, particularly if they already completed the other freepay sites.

shortys408

11-08-2006 10:17:50

90 day limit isnt bad either for diy sites. As long as they do manual crediting.
The site looks good, i would do it once they are proven legit.

Nice, I never knew that....I was always intimidated by the credit card offers...I might have to reconsider my offer line-ups ) .....

There's a 60-day deadline so watch out for credit cards who take like up to a month to credit.

Also, page 2 is sort of a OOD page as well.. unless you can do Video Professor ($7), blockbuster ($10) or people pc ($15)

Page 3 has Web.com ($10).
This is a good deal and i would probably do it if i could do offers on page 2. Ipod nano is only 3 offers.

I signed up and am going for the xbox 360, any idea how fast web.com credits, i just did it and im still not checked off in that area.

edit my gf did blockbuster and it hasnt credited, only offer that did was true.com. This already isnt a good sign considering blockbuster is usually instant

Last I remember Blockbuster stopped as instant credit. I remember seeing one of the requirements that you have to first order a dvd and when u get the dvd, you get credit. That was when I last saw it on Freepay offers list.

It wouldn't necessarrily be a fraud. If you do an offer more than twice, you still pay for them and do everything regarding that offer. You didn't violate any legal laws.

Edit Just realized there is no way to contact Freepay through shop.freepay.com. What happens if there is an issue with crediting? (Maybe Freepay didn't put it on purpose)

While technically the term "fraud" is used loosely when referring to what we call "offer fraud," the term is nevertheless accepted to mean you violate ToS by repeating offers on virtually all sites. It doesn't matter that you "paid" for the offer. Sponsors often refuse to to pay for non-unique leads, so you're depriving the site owner of his payout as well. So in a sense, you're "defrauding" him/her as well.

Witness the recent Tickle crackdown and payout reversals after people were doing multiple tests -- Tickle only wanted fresh leads, not the same people over again. Almost all sponsors have the same policy, and hence why the ToS of almost every freebie site forbids repeats.

While there isn't likely any [ie61a175771]legal[/ie61a175771] issues in terms of getting in trouble or getting sued, it is certainly an offense that will get you DQ'd in a heartbeat.

VrExe

24-08-2006 15:15:31

The time depends on what prize. There are 3 levels I believe. 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days. PSP logitech cover was 30 days, DS lite was 60 days and expensive ones were 90 days. You get the general idea.

That's one problem I saw with shop.freepay.com. There is no customer support via that site so you can't even post no credit thing if you don't get credit in 2 weeks. But I guess we should wait and see what happens.

Hey I just did it for Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2.

It made me do 3 offers (2 "A" and 1 "B", all credited within one day, and I placed the offer immediately (yesterday). Now it shows "processed." Does anybody know what order status phases they go through, like does processed mean shipped?

jt643

I have signed up to get Vista Ultimate with shopfreepay. Have been verified for 3 offers (overnight genius, video professor, sunrocket).

I have signed up for a total of 3 credit cards. The weird thing is that two of them have disappeared from my site! Has anyone run in to this? I have two of the cards in my hand and have activated them - its been 2 weeks and still no credit.

I have sent requests via the 'contact us' site but haven't heard anything for 2+ weeks.

This is the first time I have tried a credit card and I am reading from your posts that this can take FOREVER.

So...two questions. Does anyone have any confidence in my getting credited for the credit cards (especially if two have disappeared)? And second, has anyone been credited for web.com? I don't have a web site or need any hosting but I'll give it a try for $10!

P.S. There is a mailing address for Gratis at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions site.

The offers change depending on what time of the day it is. There are usually more different offers on in the really early/late hours than what is offered during the normal hours. If an offer disappears from the list but still shows on the left where your offer credit history is then you are fine. It shouldn't disappear off your credit history list. Sometimes they just take the offer down after a while.

use the cards at least once.
I got Citibank you had to use it or no credit . Discover you didn't have to use it but I used it anyway.
PS I got credit after I used them and paid the bill.which was after the 90 days was up so I contacted them via the 'contact us' site, got a extenstion and credit.
