My friend not getting credit

My friend signed up for trimlife a few weeks ago, and never got credit. Then he signed up for realrhapsody, and its been like 13 days now, and still no credit. It's sorta pissing me off because I've been trying to get my referals for months, and he is the last one I need, and its not giving him credit. When he signed up for Real Rhapsody I even told him to be sure to not click any links leaving the site, and make sure that it says freeipods.com in the title bar and all, and I'm sure he signed up properly.
The thing is, under the faq, in order to have gratis check your referral, it says that you can't have cancelled the offer! I know on trimlife he waited until the last day to cancel, and he was going to cancel real rhapsody today (13 days into the 14day trial), so its not like he cancelled immediately or anything.

What should I do if my friend doesnt have credit in 2 more days? I really don't think I can get any more referrals, I've asked literally EVERYONE that I know!

Have him open up a support ticket with Gratis making sure to click that he [u7cd72040ff]HAS NOT[/u7cd72040ff] cancelled the offer even though he will be for realrhapsody and have him send the confirmation realrhapsody email sent to him saying that he signed up for it.

The only thing you can have your friend do is to email Gratis through the website (I believe there's a way through the FAQ). Make sure your friend copies and pastes the entire email he got from realrhapsody, explain the case (was not given credit) and ask for manual credit.

You can't do this for him because Gratis will just tell you that your friend needs to do it.
