Seems like a few people got PSP's from them and some 360's got shipped. That's good. Now for them to ship off the flatscreens.

It really is kind of reassuring to see them shipping some stuff off.

I don't understand freepay. I know that they like breakage but the site should be profitable even if they ship the products. They need to hire employees as their site grows. They are losing money by not shipping. If they were smart, they would keep shipping and we would do their sites.

What I've been seeing is that if you've been staying in a certain status, Freepay has either forgetten about you are, or are trying not to do anything about your account in hopes that maybe you might have forgotten about your account. Because I've seen people suddenly get approved and whatever when they post CS or file complaint at BBB.

ive been processing on psps since 7/12 like everyone else, and ipods since like 6/23, but i've had both my things done for a while.

i havent heard of anyone getting ipods, any reports of that?

I would inform them of their mistake. I would feel free to use it until they made arrangements to pick it up.

Don't get me wrong, I know it's not mine to keep. But at the same time, it's taking up space in my house and I have to go out of my way to HELP them with THEIR mistake.

Actually this happened to me once with Gateway. Took them a year before they finally came and got the monitor.

They gave me two of these messages and closed both support tickets ---

Sounds like your sitting about the same time scale as I am. I have been processing since May 31st for a black 30 gb ipod.

It continues to amaze me how freeypay sends emails to people concernings their status in reality it doesnt say much of anything. We are about 90 days backed up, 90 from what date???

After looking around on this forum I wonder if some orders are sent to different venders and some venders get more ipods then others or does our order just get lost?

Some people are waiting here since March 31st and sitting in processing when others already received their ipod and started processing the end of May.

But with as many people who are complaining to the BB I wonder if freepay will go out of business, and if so, will I get mine before then........
