Freepay PS3

My order says "processing" since like 1/18, I finished it before it was 12 refs and was only 8 and didnt have to send any form in, my question is should i not hold my breath, after the 360 never getting sent and the fact freepay is a joke now should I expect my ps3 the time ps4 rolls around? also when does ps3 come out anyway

To answer your questions backwards
- The PS3 is due mid-November of 2006
- I would expect to receive your PS3 within 3-6 months of launch; if you get it earlier consider it a blessing
- I would expect Freepay to ship it; Freepay's shipment cycles have slowed considerably and communication has been minimized but they're obviously still shipping products

I would expect it far later than 3-6 months after launch...

From what I've been reading, I wouldn't expect launch in November 2006 anyway. Inside scoop is that they can't produce the components fast/cheap enough and that they don't even have a full production line running yet. I seriously doubt they'll make it by November. Rumor has it mid-2007.

Really? Maybe things changed quickly, but a blog post I read no more than 2-3 weeks ago quote Sony insiders as saying what I mentioned above. I make no claims to know the full scoop though.

i dunno just remeber reading but it would make sense though the chips are hard to make
