Well my samsung Monitor can be wall mounted and its a monitor... I cant see why they would make a monitor wall mountable and not a TV...

Yes, it can be. On the front of the box it says [b05c8515bb5]VESA Mount Compliant 75x75 mm[/b05c8515bb5].

No its just a monitor... Unless you have a TV Tuner card in your computer that is...
