I signed up to the free iPod site a long, long time ago but never did any offer or got any refferals. And it's been a really long time. And I've come so far and I'm scared of getting put on hold for multiple accounts. Will I get put on hold? I tried searching but I couldn't find anything on this topic. Then again I'm not a very good searcher ( ....

That would suck. But noone has answered my question.... Also, when I go to their FAQ it always gets an error. Could someone just give me their email?

no one answered probably because it's unclear whether or not you created a second account.

Oh yeah. I made a new account. By the way, does anyone know Gratis' email?

well you've got good reasons to be scared then. Your two accounts will probably be put on hold.

Great... Just great... Can I email Gratis?

the best you can try I guess is open a support ticket through their website and ask them to cancel one of the two accounts. But don't be too optimistic about this.

How do you open a support ticket? Also, why isn't my account on hold yet?

go to the FAQ section and look for an issue that is similair to yours. their you will see if you still have a question click here and you can type a message and send it to them. If all else fails you can use another website life offercentric or tech4free but dont mess up on their sites.

This sucks. I'm getting a "Server Error in Application" when I click on one of the FAQ's... I'm screwed I think..... I can't even send them a message.

Keep trying to send a message eventually they will get to you. If you need a link to sign up for another website PM.

Click on
[uf0f77bcd1d]My issue is about my current account status.[/uf0f77bcd1d]
Then click on
[uf0f77bcd1d]I still have a question and would like to contact customer service.[/uf0f77bcd1d]
You should be able to send a message through that FAQ.

That doesn't work. I get this retarded error that says "server error in application"... Is it just me? Try doing something like that in your FAQ.

I did it worked just fine for me if i wanted to send a message i could but i dont need to. Ive already had my fun with being on hold and off hold. Trying using another computer and seeing if it will let you. Ive actually read somewhere on this forum about that same error message but i dont remember what caused it.

It's okay to have a different account if you created others accidently. As long as the others are COMPLETELY inactive (meaning you don't use them at all, don't login to them) then you might not have a problem. Just use one though.

That's really good to hear. D I haven't touched that account in a LONG time. The only time I messed with it was when I signed up but didn't understand it then I forgot my password on it. Do they just cancel old, inactive accounts?

They just sit there, they will not be deleted.

Argh..... Hmmmmm... Oh, well... This is gonna totally suck when I finish then get put on hold. They wait until you finish and get their precious refferals THEN put you on hold. But I still have hope...

i had created a couple different accounts at various times in the past because i thought it was all bullshit. i never did anything with them. i started a different account and started to get everything done. i never got put on hold for multiple accounts and my ipod is sitting next to me right now. as long as you didn't ever use them, and you don't touch them now, i think you should be safe
