End of July, I have been waiting for too long. Its not about the ipod no more man, its about princples they failed to follow on their end. I will fight this till my last cent is in it, not for the ipod no more FUCK IT. I want them to understand how fucked up its been for ppl like me and evilfury.

The sad thing is how much more money they have made since they started the expiration date thing. So many accounts closed with a few greens, thats all fucking profit.

They informed me a few days a go, that they will expediate my form. But i dont care im sick of hearing their excuses.

well, I submitted a "what the heck is up with my account" ticket last week. Then I had a ref go on hold last night.... This AM they answered the "what is up" by saying sorry for the delay and closed the ticket I opened last night without saying anything...do they read these things?

What principles did they fail to follow? Principles that you believe should exist? ..certainly not any principles that they ever established. It's not like they have stopped shipping gifts all together. What are you going to do, sue them for being too slow? They might as well put you on hold for being impatient, and I mean that quite literally.

(a) We reserve the right to place a user's account on hold at any time.

(e) A user's account may be placed on hold indefinitely.

Their TOS allow them to do pretty much whatever they want, and they havent broken any laws yet.

Actually... this is a pretty good reply from them. I have held firm on my promise to not bother them once they processed my order. I know it will be months before I actually see my refurbished PSP or my PSP core pack but... oh well... I've exhausted to much energy asking them to simply process my form.
