My brother bought this software last Thursday (12/16) and he still hasn't received credit. I never saw this offer until that day, and I haven't seen it since. Have you guys heard of it? It cost $29 and is basically another one of those anti spy-ware programs. Gratis says to wait 15 days until contacting them about receiving credit, but in the meantime I wanted to post here to find out the community's thoughts...

i dunno about the credit but Privacy Defender is to defending your computer as fat kids are to not eating pie.

Well, I went to my brother's house and submitted a trouble ticket for not receiving the Privacy Defender credit yet. I wonder how long it will take before any action is taken.

They got back to me finally and asked to see the confirmation email (from the Privacy Defender people). They deleted that email so I had to email Privacy Defender so they could re-send it.
I don't even want an iPod anymore, why am I even doing this?
