I would like to call the vendor and find out what is taking so long.

Who their vendor is makes little difference. IF in fact delays are caused by the vendor, then a wise company would simply change vendors. So the blame is STILL on Freepay for not simply sending a representative out to wal-mart with the company credit card.

I second that.

I was on a forum once where information about the vendor got released by a member. All the girls there (a bunch of newbie girls forum) started calling to ask about their order etc and it caused soooo much trouble! The shipping company refused to allow the freebie company to order from them anymore b/c they felt that by giving these items out as "freebies", it devalued the item (and something to do with copyright issues for the picture of the item used). Anyways, the point is it caused a huge delay of everything for months and the freebie company had to look for a new place to buy from. It took even longer b/c once they found a new place, the freebie company wouldn't send the item straight from their vendor anymore. Now, it gets sent to them, they take all the paperwork out so we don't know where it comes from, and then it's sent to us.

Anyways, yah it was a bad idea when everyone starting calling the vendor.

Does eFulfillment = Freepay since Jake packaged the Xbox360's himself? Just wondering. Could be they made their own company to fit their needs and then fulfill the needs of others for $$ too, but I'm not sure.

yeah ive always thought that efullfilment is just an extension of freepay but they could be a sepearate entity but im not sure...either way we the consumers should not be calling the vendor this will only complicate things

Yeah, calling = bad. It is just pointless. Just wondering if eFullfillment and freepay are connected.

They are totally separate companies. eFulfillment is located just a couple of miles from my wife's hometown, and it's been around longer than the freebie craze.
