You need to email them, the first time i tried getting approved it was well over 2 weeks so i sent them an email and they replied back with you will see approval within 2 business days.

No problem it happened to me i know how you feel, but dont stress it as long as you did nothing wrong you can continue to email them until the problem gets fixed. They have improved their customer service so you should be ok unless you violated their TOS.

hey,
i got my 5 referals about 1 month ago. I clicked request approval, 2 later later they put me on hold, i argue, they take me off hold. I click request approval again, 2 days later they put me on hold, i argue, they take me off hold, and take a referal away. argh. now i have 4 referals...pending on my 5th referal to get credit. approval takes 3-5 buisness days..i just hope i dont get on HOLD for the 3rd time!

Ok that happened to me as well. I got 2 referrals that went gray after i requested for approval. I pleaded my case with gratis they removed the hold and i got my gray referrals to send them an email to then they removed the hold of their accounts to. So then i would apply for approval again and i would get put in what is called the infinite hold loop. Point is that i got put on hold and off hold 4 times. Also i requested for them to manually approve my acct because they have a automated system for checking referrals. I finally got approved on the 15th and i went STV on the 21st. If you did nothing wrong and you can prove it they will work with you.

Yeah i used to get really frustrated because i kept getting put on hold but i knew i didn't do anything wrong and i kept disputing the hold and they actually apologized and approved me.

I forgot to mention that you might get on hold a total of 4 times before they approve you because i was on hold 4 times and another member of this forum got put on hold 4 times before he was approved also. I would go ahead and send them an email to manually approve you and explain to them why you want to be manually approved. Just a suggestion.
