i've been waiting over a month for approval

I hope someone can help me out here. My approval form was due by June 29, 2006. I sent mine in around the end of May. I checked my status again today and now it's tellling me this

I don't undetstand why it would say this. I have a confirmation of delivery from the USPS for when the approval form was delivered. I know that approval can take a while, but I haven't heard anything up until now. I had everything finished in time with all legitimate referrals. Please help!

Submit a support ticket via the website. A lot of people are in this situation. They've had my approval form since March 28th, and now I've got that message too.

I waited a month for my digital camera site and it got approved, while my giftcard site has been atleast a week or two longer and is still not approved. It makes no sense.

it might just be an error. I think that there was another post about this somewhere down a little bit. I dont know. Mine was due on 6/29 for 360 and it still says that they have recieved my form and are beginnign to process it..aka its goona take a year before its processed.

did you have some of your refs canceled? that happened to me and i got an extention.... send a support ticket it might take up to 14 days for a human to contact you... its worth a shot

no, i definitely didn't have any of my refs cancelled. at least, it's not indicated on the website or i haven't been notified in any way.

again, with the ticket. where on the website can i do that? i can't seem to find it anywhere. help!

Login to your account, click Help in the upper right corner of the page.

Then click on "My question is about my current account status."

Then click on "I still have a question and would like to contact customer service."

you may not need to fret. a couple days after i sent them a trouble ticket my account now said i was approved. i went through the ordering process and was told that the ipod will take 1-2 weeks to get here. i'll keep you all updated.

Its been about a month for me, since I was approved and moved to processing...and I'm still processing. For premiumipods

well, i'm not on premium ipods, but i don't it will make much of a difference. it looks like i have some waiting to do.

My approval form was received by their folks on 4/10/06 - anyone here get their approval form to them around that time, and have any status other than an account closed on premium ipods?
