I am still using the headphones that came with the iPOD. The right-ear just bust out, so the left ear is louder than the right ear. Would Apple replace them, or do I have to go threw a lot of forms?

From what i hear the ones that come with the ipod aren't that good. I would replace them. Check this thread out

haha, it's so true. I hate them, they always fall out of my ears, ahhhh. Oh well, I'll just buy some new ones off of Amazon with my $160 GC from prizecube ;)

Those pieces of crap? I don't know how anyone can like those, they sound so horrible.
