Ipod Nanos are on their way!

I just got an email from a Freepay employee asking if I would be willing to take a White iPod Nano immediately instead of waiting for a Black one. I sent in my approval form in late March and have been processing since 5/25. Looks like they are finally coming.

Here's the text from the email

Thank you for your recent iPod Nano order on www.ipodnanos.freepay.com. At this time, we do not have any 4GB Black iPod Nanos in stock at our warehouse. Furthermore, because of long shipment processes, we will not have any in stock for at least a couple of weeks.
However, if you would like to receive two 4GB White iPod Nanos instead of one 4GB White iPod Nano and one 4GB Black iPod Nano, I can ship your order out immediately. All you have to do is reply to this email letting me know if that is what you would like for me to do or if you would like to continue to wait for the 4GB Black iPod Nanos.
If you choose to decline this offer, please be advised that your order will remain in the “Processing” state until we have the 4GB Black iPod Nanos.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

I'm hoping I get this email (I just checked and no email yet) as I don't want a black iPod nano. I would rather have both of them white (they show less scratches, IMO).

That's cool. And plus, it would be nice to get these sooner.

I've only been processing since 6/16, so maybe they are fulfilling orders from before mine. I'll sit tight and be patient and see what happens.

I have been processing since 5/27, did not receive any emails or whatnot, my question is did your status change from processing to shipped yet?

My status just changed from "Processing" to "Sent to Vendor, Waiting on Product." Don't know exactly what this means in terms of delivery times, but at least I'm not processing anymore... Any ideas?

finaly check this out. i got this email from someone from gratis.

I have been informed by our customer service team that you have requested one white iPod nano. I have placed that order and it should ship today for tomorrow’s delivery. A tracking number will be uploaded into your account once it ships. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Mine is now showing up as "Shipped", and based on DHL's tracking service, I should be getting it today or tomorrow. Finally! Good luck to the rest of you.

EDIT DHL just delivered it to my neighbor. I finally got my freakin' ipod!

I keep checking the site a couple of times a day, but nothing yet. Although sometimes the site is down... all I get is SQL code and database errors. But it seems to clear up later in the day.

Glad to see somebody get something. All 4 of the local walmarts carry all models of iPods. I dont' know why it's taking freepay so long.

Yeah, I see a lot of stock at our local Apple store, too. I think it's how Freepay ships... in large bundles... they wait till a large number of users complete then ship, most likely due to the fact they get a huge discount when shipping.

sweet! My brother just told me I got my ipod today! I wasnt there to see it, but I got one white 4gb ipod nano. Except my freepay site still says processing, so that was an odd surprise!

I just got an email from freepay about the insert that said that i had a free shirt. she told me that it was a mistake and that they dont have anymore but offered me a freecondoms.com shirt. how weird

i got my ipod nano. 4 gb, white. unreal...they actually came through.

with that, i am done. no mas.

I checked and I'm still in processing. I submitted my approval 5/26/06.

I have 5 greens and there is the weird thing with 2 steps completed but also processing below it.

Still processing here, ordered on June 16th. One month down, two more to go (I hope it's sooner, but three months seems like the average time to get free product from Freepay).

Yup... Ive "contacted" them multiple times, but that doesnt mean that even once did I actually get a response from a human being. I just continuously get different generic responses and more of freepays b.s.
